Unclaimed Goods Or Amount
In cases where a notice has been issued under this Chapter to receive the amount or goods according to the details of the claims or liabilities and if the concerned person fails to show up to receive the amount or goods within the specified time, such amount or goods shall be kept under the responsibility of the Liquidator or other entity according to the direction given by the Rastra Bank.
